Attendance and School Holiday Dates
An excellent level of attendance is expected from all children at Eatock, as any time off school is a valuable part of their education missed. There is a direct correlation between poor attendance and poor rates of progress in school. Parents are discouraged from taking children out of school in term time.
Our attendance figures for the Academic Year September 2024 to July 2025 (excluding Reception Class):
Overall Attendance – 95.1%
Authorised Absence – 89.3%
Unauthorised Absence – 10.7%
